Love this shoe! Bought it in more than one color - I love this shoe - couldn't find it in black at my local shoe store - so looked on Zappos and got it! Love this shoe after it is broken in - Love this shoe...saw it and had to have it...but it was a killer the first day. The toes were squished and the back rubbed 2 huge blisters. But now… they feel great. The toes don’t have much wiggle room but they look great with everything!! If you are walking a lot, take a pair of flip flops in your bag and put these on when you arrive at your destination!!

My Review of the Stuart Weitzman Fever High Heel

Wow, this shoe will definitely keep you warm... Either that or the guy who will end up on your arm.

This is the perfect black high heel! I'm so excited to see that Stuart Weitzman is carrying this shoe all the way up to a women's size 12. And, if that weren't enough, he's offering the Fever in narrow and wide widths (in addition to the standard medium width)!

This shoe has a pointed toe to compliment its 4 inch stiletto heel. It's made with and lined with leather - and has a metallic heel accent.

Powerful- I must say when I first laid eyes on this shoe my mouth dropped to the floor. I've been searching for a Red pair of shoes that will turn heads! Well I finally purchased a pair of the Fire RED Stuart Weitzman Fever Stilettos and let me tell you it's true they truly fit to size! I love these shoes - I am not a big tennis shoe person, but I love these. I got them in white with the green and red stripes; I get compliments all the time. I needed these for work because I stand all day, so I had to get insoles. Other than that they are very comfortable.

My Review of the Anne Klein New York Mabel

It looks like for now, I will be alternating between shoe and clothes. Today's shoe of the day is the Anne Klein New York Mabel. The Mabel is a high heeled braided platform that is available in up to a size 12 - and also available in narrow!

This beautiful shoe is available in two colors: Champagne and Copper. Quite frankly, I'm having trouble picking between them because they're both so great! And, the cork bottoms actually match the weave style metallic uppers!

The heels are just over 4 inches, so again... you'll need to be comfortable being a little taller. Next time, I'll try to recommend a flat shoe, but I just had to share these with you first.

The inside of the shoe is also padded and the bottom of the shoe has a rubber sole embedded into the cork. As far as heels go, this is a comfortable one.

It's best suited for a garden party or a night on the town. This shoe is made to make the wearer feel special. It's charming, yet simple.

These capris offered by the Gap actually come in tall sizes. It's always suprising to me when a company decides to make this necessary adjustment. It seems that most companies think that all shorts are the same. But if you're tall, you know that this isn't true.

I remember not being allowed to wear shorts to grade school because my shorts weren't long enough to come down to my fingertips. With these capris, you won't have to worry about this. They're made especially for tall girls.

These Gap capris made from woven ripstop cotton and can be washed. They have a double snap closure and a string tie. They also have front pockets, back pockets, and a side cargo pocket (each one with a snap closure). They also have snap tabs for roll-up styling.

At $48, these capris by Gap are definitely a positive addition to any tall woman's summer casual wardrobe.

My Review of the Anne Klein New York Delano

Well, I made an interesting discovery today while researching shoes for another blog that I write: Anne Klein carries many of her shoes in sizes up to a 12! What a deal!

So, lets get the shoe recommendation kicked off - the Anne Klein New York Delano wedge sandal is an excellent choice this summer. It will allow you to update your entire look with just one accessory!

They are made of cork and leather and have a fabulous ankle strap with a tiny buckle for fit. The heels on these are 4 1/2 inches, so you'll have to be comfortable with the idea of being four inches taller for a few hours before you buy these. I, for one though, think they're wonderful.

They have a padded footbed and a leather sole to help protect your feet. 100% of the customers surveyed about this shoe on Zappos said that it felt "true to size."

This is a great 'I want to wear jeans, but I don't want to wear tennis shoes with them' kind of a shoe... it would also be perfect with a cute dress or long skirt. This is a happy hour, wine tasting, movie going sort of shoe.

It's strong, yet feminine and ready for a good time!

This is a great looking wedge. It fits like a glove. Great feel to wear and very comfortable. Could have made the strap over the foot a little wider and made the buckle bigger and stronger. Still a great look. I ordered the size 12 and heel was 5", so didn't lose high heel effect due to larger size. I'd rate a 9.5 on 10 scale (due to buckle). Otherwise, one terrific shoe. A must if you are a wedge person.

Women's Tall Jeans - Gap Original Long and Lean Jean

Well, like I said... this is one of the topics that I know about the best: Tall Women's Clothing. I have spent my life struggling to find clothes that fit and now that different stores are beginning to carry a few pieces at a time, I'm using this blog to point you in the right direction. What a deal!
I may try another name besides "Tall Women Clothing" for the blog... something catchy like "Tall Lady" or "Tall Girlz" or something... but in the meantime, I thought I'd start simple. If you have another name idea, please let me know.

My product review of the Original Long and Lean Tall Jeans by Gap:

I have owned 2 pairs of the Original Long and Lean Tall Jeans from Gap for over two years and I have never gotten tired of them. They have a slim cut through the legs and then flare at the ankle. They're also low cut, but not too low.

Essentially a quality boot cut jean, the Gap Original Long and Lean Tall Jeans have lasted me for the entire time I've had them. What I mean is, they haven't worn out. I'm still wearing both pairs and only bought a second in fear that Gap might stop carrying them in Long. I'm sure you've been there before. Somehow, when you finally find something in a tall size, you have to get it in every color and style possible, just in case.

Back to the review... these jeans have 4 pockets and a zip fly. They're 80% cotton and 20% polyester and should be machine washed. I also dry mine and haven't noticed any significant shrinking.

Gap.com says the inseam of the Original Long and Lean jean is 34.5" or 36.5." I have found that these pants are long enough to touch the ground if I'm in my bare feet; as I mentioned before, I'm 5'10", so that should give you an idea. These pants are almost too long for me (which I love).

The jeans are a dark blue and I find they can go with almost anything. I have worn them with a sweatshirt and tennis shoes to the store. I've worn them with high heels and a cute top out to a club. I've even worn them with boots.

As you can tell, these are actually my favorite women's tall jeans, so that's why they're my first blog entry. I highly recommend them! Oh, and the best part is, if they don't fit you, you won't have to mail them back... Gap allows in store returns or exchanges. What a deal!

Very soon I hope to start posting tips on places to buy clothes, shoes, etc. for tall women!

I am 5'10" myself and have always found it hard to find long pants, big shoes, shirts with long enough sleeves, jackets with backs that have wide enough shoulders, long enough gloves, large enough hats... you get the idea!

Anyhow, with the power of the internet I'd like to share with you some of my finds - and maybe you can share a few of your secrets with me too!
